The terms that govern your use of Stonemarch services and this website.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Stonemarch, located at 156 Surawong Road, Si Phraya, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand. By engaging our services or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the Stonemarch website and the engagement of any Stonemarch service constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, and current clients regardless of how services were initiated — whether online, by telephone, or in person.

Stonemarch reserves the right to update these terms periodically. Continued use of the website or services after any amendments indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

Services Described

Stonemarch offers structured financial education services. These include:

  • Financial Clarity Session — A single-session service producing a personal financial snapshot and a list of suggested priorities. Priced at ฿3,200.
  • Sustainable Spending Framework — A three-session program covering values-based budgeting, lifestyle calibration, and the balance between present and future financial well-being. Priced at ฿5,500.
  • Decade Planning Advisory — A six-session comprehensive forward-planning engagement covering a ten-year financial projection, milestone sequencing, and an annual recalibration framework. Priced at ฿35,000.

All sessions are conducted with qualified financial educators. Service descriptions are for informational purposes and represent the general scope of each program; individual session agendas may vary based on client circumstances.

Client Engagement

An engagement with Stonemarch begins when a client submits a contact inquiry or booking request, receives a confirmation from Stonemarch, and completes the required payment (or first instalment where applicable).

Clients are expected to participate actively and honestly in all sessions, providing accurate information about their financial circumstances. The quality and relevance of the materials produced depend on the completeness of information shared.

Clients agree to attend scheduled sessions at the agreed times. Where a client is unable to attend, the cancellation and rescheduling policy set out in Section 5 applies.

Payments & Fees

All fees are denominated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of services unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in writing with Stonemarch prior to the first session.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods communicated to the client at the time of booking confirmation.

Stonemarch reserves the right to revise its fee schedule. Revised fees will apply to new engagements only; fees for engagements already confirmed and paid will remain unchanged.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Stonemarch understands that circumstances change. The following policy balances flexibility with the need to manage adviser time responsibly:

  • Cancellation with more than 48 hours' notice: A full refund will be issued, or the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • Cancellation with 24–48 hours' notice: The session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost, or a 50% refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation with fewer than 24 hours' notice: The session fee is forfeited. Where extenuating circumstances apply, clients may contact Stonemarch to discuss options.
  • Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled up to twice per service package without additional charge, provided reasonable notice is given.

Scope of Services

Stonemarch provides financial education services. This means our advisers help clients understand financial concepts, develop frameworks for personal decision-making, and build structured plans based on information the client provides.

Stonemarch does not provide:

  • Regulated financial advice or investment recommendations as defined under Thai financial regulation
  • Tax advice or legal advice
  • Portfolio management or asset custody services
  • Insurance products or brokerage services

Clients who require regulated financial advice, tax planning, or legal guidance are encouraged to consult appropriately licensed professionals. Stonemarch advisers can help clients formulate useful questions to bring to such professionals.

Intellectual Property

All materials produced by Stonemarch during the course of service delivery — including financial snapshot documents, spending frameworks, decade plan documents, milestone calendars, and recalibration frameworks — are provided to the client for their personal use.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise these materials without prior written consent from Stonemarch.

The Stonemarch name, logo, website content, and methodology frameworks are the intellectual property of Stonemarch and may not be used without written authorisation.

Confidentiality

Stonemarch treats all client information with discretion. Financial details, personal circumstances, and all information shared during sessions are held in confidence and are not disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with the client's explicit consent.

Clients are similarly asked to treat the methodologies, frameworks, and materials shared by Stonemarch as confidential and for personal use only.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stonemarch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from a client's reliance on the educational content, frameworks, or documents produced during a service engagement.

Financial outcomes are influenced by a wide range of personal, economic, and market factors beyond any adviser's control. Stonemarch's liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

Past financial performance and illustrative projections discussed during sessions are for educational purposes only and should not be taken as a representation of future outcomes.

Stonemarch makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of educational content but does not warrant that all information is free from error. Clients should verify information relevant to major financial decisions with appropriate professionals.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, unless an alternative resolution mechanism is agreed upon by both parties in writing.

Changes to These Terms

Stonemarch may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated document will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Clients who have active service engagements will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of Stonemarch services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms.
